Verify My Stack LLC is a California company that runs a member-funded supplement-testing community. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Questions: [email protected].
Waitlist: your email address, submitted through our signup form. Community members: the name, email, and profile information you provide when joining our Skool community, plus your answers to our membership questions (such as which supplements you take — that’s how the test queue gets built). Communications: emails and replies you send us. Payments: handled entirely by Skool and its payment processors — we never see or store your card details. This website uses GoatCounter, a privacy-focused tool that counts visits in aggregate without cookies, fingerprinting, or collecting personal information — we see visit counts, not identities. We use no advertising trackers; our embedded signup form is served by our CRM provider and sets its own functional cookies.
To send the emails you signed up for, operate the community and its voting cycles, aggregate nominations into the public test queue (always anonymized — the public database contains products and batch numbers, never member identities), respond when you write to us, and meet legal obligations. That’s the list.
We use a small set of service providers to run the operation: HighLevel/LeadConnector (signup forms, email delivery, and our CRM), Skool (community platform and membership billing), Airtable (our testing database — the public views contain no member personal data), and standard email and hosting infrastructure. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with supplement brands, advertisers, or data brokers. We accept no advertising. Our only revenue is member dues, which is the entire point of the operation.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. Transactional messages (like membership receipts through Skool) follow that platform’s settings.
Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Member records are kept for the life of the membership plus a reasonable period afterward for orderly business and legal records. Ask us to delete your data at any time (Section 8).
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected] and we’ll handle it, generally within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we extend the same treatment to everyone regardless of state. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CPRA, so there is nothing to opt out of.
The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, tell us and we’ll delete it.
If this policy changes materially, we’ll notify members by email and note the change here with a new effective date.
